Suite au vacuum provoqué par les rafles, tous les signes indiquaient l'imminence d'une nouvelle guerre de territoires qui mettrait en scène de nouveaux joueurs : les gangs de rue.

After a series of police operations to bikers and the Italian mafia has come to upset the balance of power between Montreal criminal groups, the strip club the Kingdom, long recognized as a neutral territory is attacked by LB 11, a particularly violent street gang.
