Plot:

Evans is a former Vietnam veteran called out of retirement by his former commanding officer, Dundee, to find an elusive arms dealer named Slisko, who betrayed Evans years ago in Vietnam, and is now a major trafficker in illegal arms to various factions. At the same time, Evans and Dundee investigate a series of murders that may or may not be related to their case.
