Two struggling Witch college students, the unsure Chipple and the sexually manipulative Irene, are sent to Earth to complete a practical test which involves winning the favour of an ordinary boy, Tsukasa. True to form, Irene sets about to seduce him while Chipple can seem to only be able to get into a fight with him. This bleak situation for Chipple is further complicated by the presence of a third witch who has her own test to do, which is to kill Tsukasa.
