Plot:

An attractive female FBI agent is assigned to the unsolvable case of a serial killer that preys on beautiful blondes. Her husband is a scientist that experiments with the memory transplants among rats. Faced with investigative deadlock, the agent decides to use the memory of a comatose victim on herself.
