Plot:

The Republiic of China was still young, Shihai and the warlords were against Dr. Sun Yat-Sen. Long and his gang roamed the northern mountain areas. They are known as "The Pigtails" for the pigtails they wear. Because of the stratgic importance of the northern mountains Jiao sends his envoy.
